Multi Storey Car Parks
Local Car Park Surfacing Nationwide
Surface car parks and multi-storey decks fail in different ways, and the repair has to suit the structure. On an open car park the usual culprits are a tired wearing course, potholes where water has sat, and a base that has sunk under years of turning traffic. On a multi-storey, the ramps and entry lanes take the most wear, and any new surface has to respect the deck, its waterproofing and its weight limits.
SN Enterprises Ltd builds new car parks from the formation up and resurfaces existing ones, from a single row of bays to a full site. You get the falls set so rainwater runs to the gullies instead of lying in bays, the kerbs and edges made good, and fresh bay lining once the surface is down.
Most car parks can't simply shut. The work is planned in sections, with a signed route for drivers and pedestrians around each one, and evening or weekend shifts can be arranged where daytime working would cost you trade.

Why choose us
Why car park owners choose SN Enterprises
What matters when your car park has to keep working during the job.

Phased to keep you open
Working zone by zone means you lose a section of bays at a time, not the whole car park, so visitors can still park and shop.
Two decades on car parks
Over 20 years on car parks and roads means sunken bays and blocked gullies are failures the team has fixed many times before.
Insured for public sites
£10 million public liability cover and SafeContractor Gold status give your facilities or procurement team the paperwork they need before work starts.
Base first, surface second
Most of the effort goes into ground preparation, because a new wearing course laid over a failed base will crack and sink again.
Guaranteed and tidy
All work is guaranteed, and each zone is swept and cleared before it reopens, so your customers never park beside our spoil.

How the job runs
How a car park job runs
Each stage is planned around the people still using your car park.
- 1
Step 01
Site survey
We walk the whole car park, check the base in failed areas, note drainage problems and measure up, then give you a written quote with the options explained.
- 2
Step 02
Phasing plan
The site is split into zones, you agree which bays close and when, and diverted routes are mapped so drivers and pedestrians always have a safe way through.
- 3
Step 03
Surfacing works
Each zone is planed or dug out, the base is repaired and compacted, then new tarmac or asphalt goes down with the falls checked as it is laid.
- 4
Step 04
Lining and handover
Once the surface has cooled, bays and markings are applied, the zone is cleaned and reopened, and you walk the finished area with us before the next one starts.

Pricing
What affects the cost of car park surfacing
Every car park is priced from the survey, because the condition under the surface drives the cost more than the area does.
Get a fixed written quote- 01
Condition of the base
Sound ground may only need the top layer planed and relaid, while failed areas need digging out and a new sub-base before surfacing.
- 02
Area and layout
The total area matters, but so do tight corners, islands and multi-storey ramps, which take longer to plane and lay than open ground.
- 03
Phasing and working hours
Splitting the job into more zones, or working evenings and weekends to keep you trading, adds time and changes how the crew is scheduled.
- 04
Drainage and lining
New gullies, regraded falls and a full relining of bays and markings are priced into the job wherever your site needs them.
